That's tantamount to identity theft - assuming the info of a real dead person.
Well they are dead and its not like making up a name and birthday dont come back as real somewhere.....its just going to hook up with a valid address....

Identity theft isn't just stealing a name as I'm not even sure that's possible.
Using a real person's identity and info for your own personal gain? That's identity theft..

I really suggest just grabbing an address from the phone book and use a name you want to use.
