hello,
great forum, found it a few days ago. it's been a big help!
but i still have a few problems with the gift cards.
i'm from the uk by the way and need the card to open a seller account.
how do i get my dba name & address on the card ?
i mean in order to get the card delivered to me i need to provide my real details...
and does anyone know a virtual credit card or voucher, where i can add any name / address online ?
i've just ordered a 3vcash card to get these vouchers. but also here i need to add a name / address to the voucher in order to open a seller account, don't i ?! |

but the problem i'm having with these and others is that, i always have to provide my real name / address at the beginning and cannot randomly change name/address... |

so lets get this straight im from australia by the way, was thinking of getting a pre paid card such as the one mentioned on this post prepaid visa card, it can be purchased from seven eleven or post office here, if the card has AVS or CCV does it really matter if you give your real details ? i thought there is no way ebay or pp can link the card to the name ? cheers |

Exactly. Paypal wants a valid BSB and account number only. They want to know the numbers are real.
Also there is a specific forum called Merchant accounts, Credit cards in
the second half of the main page.... info is there as well. |

just a quick question for people from the UK using the 3vcash vouchers:
do you think ebay is able to link accounts when i use different 3v vouchers on different ebay account ?
i mean many digits in the cc / voucher numbers are the same... |

yeah tenggo, just cancel that and buy another one, you cant have anything linked.... im going to go and get a pre paid credit card from the local post office i heard they work good as well |

i am not sure if i missed it or something... i am purchasing a virtual card from simon, am i safe to put my real name, address and email address as the recipient's information or should i make all that a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info?
this is what they claim
"Enter Recipient Information
All recipient information requested below is required and must be accurate. It will be used to confirm your recipient's identity and provide secure access to the Simon GiftaccountSM. Notification of this Simon Giftaccount purchase will be sent to your recipient via email."
if i put my real address, when adding the cc to ebay/paypal, will they cross reference it?
