Default Any new strategies on deadbeat negs?

I received one today with a buyer who has been registered since only May and has only 15 feedback. He received the unpaid item strike and I emailed ebay asking to remove the feedback but I know it's hit or miss with that. any new techniques
Thanks,
Frank

Its always the same game, contact them by phone, talk, kiss ass, and send a mutual feedback revision form to him.

Is it really hit and miss?

I tried it once and they deleted it. It's only fair.. otherwise people could destroy sellers just registering new accounts and leaving negatives without paying

if the buyer posts a reply to that unpaid buyer dispute, then the negative feedback will not be automatically removed

Sure, but I contacted ebay and they removed it for me.

I said how is that fair, he didn't pay and he can leave a negative.. doesn't that go against the spirit of ebay and can't people jeopardise a seller's reputation that way?

Gone within 24 hours of that.
