Using Friends School ID -- Hes 17 (Member of Company)

I have a friend who is still in school.
He does not have Drivers ID or State ID.

I added him as a member and part owner of my company.
He has an SSN, and I told him why I need him.

If PayPal asks for a Photo ID, can I them his School ID and SSN Card?

Is there something that I can do with a DBA that would allow me to create an account?
I was going to file for a DBA such as "John E. Duo" and use that as my name.

But what if PayPal asks for Photo ID? I can get around the SSN issue.

Change the DOB to a year older on the school ID. Case closed. Paypal COULD run the SSN. But a seller had a paypal account with SSN attached at 13 and nothing happened.
