Hello everyone.

I created my second entropay from the original one and got it verified from paypal.

The problem is everytime I try pay via paypal in dealextreme site , or focalprice or even sending to someone using paypal it gives me this

Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance.

Note I have: 15 dollar in my entro visa card.

And all my ordered are less then 5 dollar just to make sure that entro pay goes well with paypal so I can start using it in ebay

But the problem is not and I don't know the reason why.

measures, which may affect some accounts in good standing. We regret any

PayPal employs complex statistical models to identify patterns of
behavior. This is similar to the way banks and credit card companies
identify patterns of behavior that are out of the ordinary when
approving individual transactions. When our system does not allow a
certain funding source for a transaction, it is merely an indication
that the individual transaction fits a pattern we have observed in the
past to have a high risk of failure.

Note: If your transaction has been denied, you may be able to complete
the transaction using another funding source.

We know situations like this can be difficult, so thanks for working
with us. If you have more questions, visit our Help Center by clicking

I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, the transaction that you
are trying to make is being placed under our statistical model. Let me
explain to you what this model is. Since PayPal is a non-face to face
business, we do have this model to ensure that all transactions in the
PayPal system are legitimate. What this model does is that it records
all the transactions that happened in the PayPal system. Now, if it so
happens that this transaction that you are about to make is similar to a
transaction that failed in the past, more likely it will be placed under
this model. Credit card companies do have a model similar to this but
unfortunately, we do not have a way to override this as again, we are a
non-face to face business; therefore, we are not able to verify your
identity as you try to make the payment. You can try another funding
source or attempt to make the payment at a later time.

paypal is blocking the transactions to stop fraud. Contact entropay & check if you can still use their card in this way. If entropay say No, then you will need to use another card.

To contact entropay, sign into your account and raise a help ticket. They will reply quickly.

i was having the same problem and i was searching the internet, i found ur post here..

and i wanted to help a alittle ,i waited 3 days after the problem happened to me then i was able to send the money...
maybe you should wait a couple of days to send ur payment..

^^^^Your flag is where you live ( ie Saudi Arabia). No need to have the incorrect flag showing as that does not help us to help you

Interesting that x2 users from the same country have had entropay problems.

what do u mean??

I don't know him, I just ignored entropay because I made about 2 new virtual card but did not help me.

Iam following the ebay hacking book ?(i bought it) and it helps me alot.

hi..thanx for changing the flag..
when i registered it did not let me pick anything unless it was U.S or U.K ..i dont know if its a problem with my pc but no other flag (country) worked..i had to choose between both of them..
