The secret is in the whole picture not just VCC etc. A lot of it is in the Stealth book for the basics and then the right recipe of information to make it work.

All of that is great and all but what do you do with a high selling limit account right away? If you have a 0-0 selling limit, 5-500 or 100-5000 or one billion they are all handled the same way for the first 90 days and end up with the same results of paypal requesting tax information.

Almost every stealth seller account I've created receives a listing ban on the first item. It's standard eBay procedure. You have to call them and act stupid about the listing removal. They'll ask you what your intentions are selling on eBay. Say some non-vero general household items. They'll reinstate the account with higher limits most of the time.
