Method to guarantee 1,000/25,000 seller account creation
 

It's been a while since my last post. I'd like to share what I have discovered recently. To my knowledge it is not a fluke. It's been a while since I have created stealth accounts. Times seemed to have changed since my last run. And if this is public information already, I do apologize. Here is my theory.

eBay has a list of known pre-paid debit cards. That is a fact. However, I believe that they grade these pre-paid debit cards during the seller account creation and verification process. Meaning if you have access to only common, but still accepted pre-paid cards, your seller account will begin with a very low selling limit. However if you are lucky and use a card that is not yet as known for making stealth accounts, the seller limit is much greater.

I have replicated this process numerous times with the same results. Using "virgin" BIN VCC's for verification. Maybe even to go as far as saying the telephone number provided as well. Will generate higher limit seller accounts. I'm not entirely sure that the quality of a phone number line would play a part in the limit setting though. It is food for thought.

Now the tricky part is going out and finding out which cards work best to generate higher limit seller accounts. I was lucky and stumbled onto one that works flawlessly. I don't feel like its wise to share them publicly, or even on here for that matter. I do however support you guys going out and doing your own research. ;)

The VCC is a part of it - but theres a lot more to it than just that.

For me vcc has nothing to do with that, and its pretty random sometimes

It depends not only on the VCC, the IP location and the address within 100 miles also matters.

After thinking about it. It's very plausible and I actually agree that a phone number can also influence the accounts selling limits. It's easy to find out which carrier is being used based on a simple phone number search.

In my opinion a landline phone makes a huge impact, my last two accts with landline number got 1000/25000 on creation. I have a cable landline, created one. And then had the cable company change the number and same results with next acct. I added google voice number to the first one.

Residential IP. Phone number registered in the name on the account and a real credit or debit card matching a real address...

All of that is great and all but what do you do with a high selling limit account right away? If you have a 0-0 selling limit, 5-500 or 100-5000 or one billion they are all handled the same way for the first 90 days and end up with the same results of paypal requesting tax information.

Landline is good but you dont need a landline to get 1000/25000...Hotspoting your phone can do the same as a landline

What is mean by Hotspoting? Is it posible to get high limit using Google voice number? By using residential IP address.

I havent had any issue with verifying anything with google voice...I get 1000/25000 everytime

Hotspoting is tethering..Using the hotspot on phone to log on to built account..Im having better resuilts by using the IP on my phone than IPs from the Ip services

I have pretty much found out the secret of 1000/$25,000 account creation (for the time being until eBay change things) and verification that will allow 100 listings created in one week without take down. I must say the product sold is not high risk and lower values.

The secret is in the whole picture not just VCC etc. A lot of it is in the Stealth book for the basics and then the right recipe of information to make it work.

What item do you list?
from 2 days when I try to list a item ebay asks me to verify identity by getting a text on phone number. when I enter code it says "Sorry, we are unable to verify your identity". and account gets suspended. Can anyone guide me about this?

Its the IP....If you have a account with address in Atlanta, GA(For example), you need a IP in that area..Proxy or tethering will probably be the best in the begining because ebay and paypal see that you using a VPN and that gives off a red flag...mite not suspend account if you have a vpn in that area but they will be alerted...I made 6 accounts using a vpn from a area not near the address and they all got suspended within 5 days to a week...I called in and told them what I was selling and got them all back...In stealth book it says to use a IP within 100 miles of the address tho...So thats what I think...Nobody gonna give you their method how they do them but I just gave you a freebie...Trust me most not gonna tell you...Several had me goin in circles until I figured it out lol....

Use a burner app on your phone, at present it works with eBay specially if you want the 1000/$25,000 account.
