Paypal Daily Transfer Cutoff Time

Does anyone know when it is?

It takes up to an additional 24 hours to make a withdrawal because I think they review the withdrawals through a system or something (just a guess). When you place the initial two deposits into your account it goes through the next day in most cases. What is the cutoff time though? 2 p.m. PST? 3 p.m. PST? 5 p.m. PST? I've never quite been able to pin this down and I'm wondering if anyone else has some input.

Anytime I withdraw funds from PayPal to my bank account, it shows up in my bank account in two days if I do the transaction before 5PM EST.

So if I withdrew Monday at 4:59PM EST, it would show up Wednesday morning in my bank account.

Close of business on a working day, Mon-Thurs in 98% of cases. Transactions on Fri,Sat,Sun go to cybersapce in tests. (USA based tests, all West Coast)

All day Thursday, Friday, and up to 5pm EST Saturday, the money should be in your account Monday morning.
