VCC = Virtual Credit Cards.

Shoppers = (People) that wish to purchase them.

Its a website that sells vcc, Im not sure its recommended though, apart from moonchild not seen alot of feedback on it, maybe anyone else who has used it shuld post experiences its useful to have an extra retailer....

ive been a memeber for 2 years around,
i jutsplaced a new orderlast night, you pay with plimus.
let you know if they come through.
i bought bank account for verifications and vcc.

in the past. i laways has good service and vcc always worked.
i do also know of another i bought yesterday from another site i use, but hesitate to post the url, dont want to ruin a good thing,
