How Should I Get Back Now?

I was a seller on eBay a few years ago, but after getting banned numerous times with different accounts, I have completely given up on the idea of selling again on eBay. But now, after a while, I want to make a new account on eBay and PayPal again, but this time, only for purchasing things on eBay as well as receiving small amounts of payments from outside of eBay sources. What should I do to ensure that I don't get banned again?

Yeah I haven't visited this forum in a long while. And I only want to get back to buying, not selling, so I was just wondering if there was a simpler method to get back on track.

If you are just wanting an account for buying, many members are reporting eBay doesn't seem to care about "Buying Only" accounts.

I personally can't confirm this? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
