Anon proxy that changes your IP every 3 seconds

Here's the catch:
This proxy is somewhat slow. Only use it in case of needing high anonymity and when bypassing ebay/paypal ip checks.

First You Have to DownLoad a "Foxy Proxy" It's a FireFox Add-On So Go to Tools In Your browser and select Add-On's Then go to Add-On- Tab Then Browse All Add-Ons , In your search Bar Type In "Foxy Proxy"

Download The "Foxy Proxy" Then Please Install it.
Now You have Foxy Proxy

Now , Select this and Click On Options !
Name Your new setting In the Heneral tab , then go to the proxy details tab!


Select Automatic Proxy Config and Input This:

http://www.cjb.net/proxy.pac

Ok all Done now every time You want your proxy on Just go on tools ,
Foxy Proxy and load your settings!

Your Ip Will change Every 3 Seconds or so.. When It's Enabled!

Have you used it and proven this? Anon proxy is a can of wroms IF it is not good enough for stealth purposes. Outline what you have found: 'show me the money!'

I'm wondering if a rapid and frequent change of IP will make ebay's antennae get all fuzzy. Will it draw unwanted attention to the login? I have a feeling there's a benefit that I'm just not comprehending. And my typical timidity and sneakiness conflicts somehow.

What's the motive for the 3sec IP hop? And specifically how does this rapid hopping benefit an individual? I'm not asking for the generalized 'stealth' reply. Hold my hand, take me for a stroll, and tell me a story - if you would.

Personally, I have tried to use this on ebay and paypal, it's fine.

My question is why, when, and under what circumstance would I use this method - as opposed to just picking one clean IP from the neighborhood and staying parked on that IP for the entire duration of an ebay/pp login session?

Heh honestly, this is not for the "every day anonymity" use, it's more demanded for hackers, if you know what i meant.

However, if anyone do have a free (and good) static anonymous proxy that changes your IP, please post them

I don't have a specific proxy I would suggest. If I did suggest one, everyone would be all over it and thus it probably wouldn't last long.

Some people might benefit from Steganos. The internet anonymizer and/or the privacy suite. Prices are about as reasonable as can be.
