After reviewing this board, I am still uncertain if people are having success or not with AOL as a proxies. I have high speed wireless but when I sign on to AOL I always have a different IP versus IE or Firefox where it is unchangeable. Should I go head and create these accounts on AOL or suck it up and get some dial up. If so how much a month is that ballpark? Wow, that brings back memories.

Not sure what is going on with my AOL dial up I have made other accounts and now I want to run more than one account but after I dial up I go and check my ip and it keeps giving me the same number 207.200.---.-- I disconect and I got a differnt number 64.12.---.-- but I already used this number Ip for this first ebay account. So I logged off again and logged in and got the same 207.200.---.-- it seems like these are only two numbers I can get to come up. I use to get more numbers than just two, but now it seams like only these two numbers want to show up. I am new to this dial up thing lol so is there something I am doing wrong. I also have seperate windows user accounts set up. Please help if you can.
Modee, with all due respect it is an AOL IP. She is dialing into that AOL IP as 8.7 Million PAID AOL subscribers do. There are only 477 IP's AOL carries. Why do you think it would be a problem? I urge you to read the data I presented

I have read the thread but what I am asking is where did you get your facts?
Can you provide a web link that does not link to a forum thread that can show me this information?
I am not doubting the information I am just doing a fact check.
I am sure you can understand.
