Cortex, I have accounts in Europe, which were set up on the Euro ip, and then almost immediately administered from UK...they are very slow accounts, but they are going strong several months later......
In your case, the accounts are set up in UK, and used a long while here, then your ip suddenly moves to Romania (scammer cliche), not sunny Spain where a Brit might go on holiday, so whilst you maybe ok just trying it without telling ebay, if it were me Id be worried that ebay would presume it was a hack job and close it down......
Ip is not an issue in Europe in general.....another compromise is, go to R and test just one small account, if all goes well...you could try a few more, if it doesnt go well, then have a rethink and call ebay to say youve moved....
The only reason I mention calling ebay is because it is Romania ...plus why the heck are you going there Cortex, vampire hunting?
