Exclamation Critical advice needed

So after getting suspended from Paypal. I have got another one which I DO NOT want to mess up.

So I want to double check if doing this is safe and recommended.
  • I will reset my router (I am having 4g router) so that I will get a new IP.
  • I am going to use the same computer that my previous Paypal got suspended which is MacBook but I will install Windows 10 via Virtual Machine on it and I will setup Firefox portable browser on it for logging in the new Paypal on it.

Considering the above points. Are the above steps enough for making sure my other Paypal wont be messed up or get linked some how? Is Resetting 4g router + VM + Firefox enough and safe?

Thanks for advice. Do they also have any other way to detect if I am the same person? I went to whatleaks.com and there it shows me my real Opertaing system not sure if this will be an issue? https://d.pr/i/Uw98lq

The whatleaks notics suggests:

Quote:
Operation System from Passive OS Figerprint and Operation System from your browser useragent are not the same. This is an indirect sign that you are using a proxy which Operation System is different from yours. We recommend you to change useragent in your browser settings, so its OS signature will match Fingerprint OS signature, or change you proxy for another one that has the same OS as yours, or use VPN (VPN transits the initial request, VPN does not form the request itself, but proxy commonly does).
However I heard using any kind of VPN on Paypal is unsafe at the moment because they can easily detect the ISP source https://d.pr/i/PAYNRl from which Paypal can tell its from VPN server

Why not just use MacBook user account?? And a full browser, without VM....
I really don't see the point of you doing the above.

Oh so its just as good? Consider I setup a second use on Mac OS but then I dont think there is any compatible version of Firefox Portable for current Mac OS. Wont that be an issue?
