Hi
Recently discovered i had a active account still at eb however the account was restricted from selling as the pp account linked to it was closed back in late 2010 i lost a number of id's at the time on eb but this one for reasons unknown never went "no longer registered" where as the others did.
I Decided to email them to see why i could not list on ebay and got the waffle email that i have pasted below the problem is the pp account is long gone and after the 180 days i nabbed the remaining money so resolving anything with pp there is a no no just wondered if anyone else had this before and is there anything much i can do to get the account back?
Its a old account with 100% positive feedback (192 in total 130 of which were as a seller).
Recently lost 6 eb accounts in one hit (i had a heart attack around xmas time and my partner "logged" into ebay for me and got linked AGAIN) so getting this one back would be handy.
Thanks in advance with any advice.

4. Go to the 'Action' column.
5. Click on the 'Resolve' button to view the requirements and follow the instructions provided.
If you have any questions, please contact PayPal Customer Service. Click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the PayPal homepage.
