New here and read through the (partially outdated) eBay Stealth, so please be kind.

Now that eBay has moved to Managed Payments and not Paypal, are the VCCs still recommended for some kind of Managed Payments verification?

And for the IPBurger, which VPN service do YOU personally use? OpenVPN Connect?

VCCs do still work - the ones from authorized sellers do work.

No real input on my end about VPN since I don't use that

If you are making US accounts then you don't need a Vp-n, just a Fresh IP address
