mango card is fine but as TGMT2 has stated, using a name variation or slight spelling has it's advantages and that what i always recommend people to do.
just like with most banks you cannot transfer 3rd party names.. think ppl
a prepaid card is still a bank acct with direct deposit access. Treat it as so, there is tons of infos in this forum with everything you would want to know. these days no one does the reading. I'm sorry but everything cannot be handed to you, please do some reading before doing something. the name variation is part of The Ebay Stealth guide. We are here to help each other but if you do not ask first but just act and then post a help it's not working then neither you or anyone else is going to benefit.
There are many pre paid cards with real bank accts attached for withdraw but normal bank accts are best unless there's a reason you are using prepaid cards such as not being able to get a bank acct do to being on Chexsystems. If that is the case I would suggest contacting the bank or banks which you owe too and trying to work out a deal pay to pay your debts for NSF's back and they will let you have a new bank accts usually.
Also try ING - but please stick to the Stealth guides infos and use a name variation as they will shut you down with 3rd party transfers.
Also look at Credit unions as they do not use Chexsystems.
You can also use the Walmartcard - it's a sub prime card so it's good for $1k or under per month and you can have more then one of them.
