Default Paypal Gift Card Verification Problem
I have always used Visa Gift Cards to get the EXPUSE number from Paypal. Today was the first day they would not accept the card. I tried 3 times. Is anyone else having this problem and what other gift cards work for EXPUSE? Please send me a private message if you are worried about this leaking out to the wrong people. Thank you.

What kind of visa did you use? What error does it give when you add the card info to paypal?
