What does it say and why is the title in chinese?

It says that the account is suspended for selling VERO. It also instructs the user not to do anything with ebay etc etc with the same terms as the US suspension notices. MC199 appears to be a new notice for France.?Chinese characters: maybe the seller is listing on ebay france but lives in China .

My ebay account is in OZ, and runs well during past one and a half month. But I got suspended today, said some Section 9. I have replied to ebay regarding this issue. I just wondering any one can tell me what is this section 9 rules about? And it is possible to get my account back?

That's the reason. Because of the paypal-ebay link, the account has gone down.
In other words, ebay are trying to say you are not you because paypal has limited you.
Most likely, IF you can paypal to be unlimited, then the account will be OK....maybe.

did you use that SIngapore credit card and do you have an OZ bank statement?

What the hell does this mean? Could it be in reference to my paypal account which is owed money?



Now due to a problem with some vero items that I was selling some buyers but in disputes with paypal and paypal refunded their money and also allowed them to keep the items which was very unfair but anyway this set me back to be minus by more than £1.2k with paypal whilst with ebay I was left owing them around £10 in fees.

So I decided that as all buyers got their money back via paypal's insurance and that I had withdrawn all my money from my bank account and phoned my bank to inform them to refuse all Direct debits etc from Ebay and paypal that I would have to dump the paypal account.

Now I was/am unsure that if I were to pay my £10 eBay fee's would a) eBay give me my account back and b) If I link it to a new paypal account would it be immediately suspended for being linked to a paypal account which is owed alot of money?

Remember this account is over 6 years old, has fb 1400+ and has only ever had 2 violations including this and this is the first time it has been suspended so it is worth an awful lot of money.

Had my girl make a new account and paypal and we were selling succesfully with absoutly no complaints or buyer disputes when suddenly they started pulling my auctions 1 by 1 for "copyright infringement." Ok I figured, I'll just use my own pics(was using stock....I sell DVD SETS) .....They left them up there longer than they were until those too got pulled the following day, followed by my suspension email

One of my accounts was killed for miscategorization of digital items. This account was 6 months old. But that account uses the same paypal account as my powerseller unsuspended one which is 7 years old. So, does anyone know if age of the account has anything to do with paypal linkage suspension?

OK, so i have been selling under a bogus eBay account for nearly a year (silver power seller 640+ feedback), and also using another bogus account for 3 months (30+ feedback). i receive an email from eBay for my newer account stating they are removing my listing beacuse of the seller non performance act garbage(had 3 negatives by the way). an hour later that account is suspended and so was the other power seller account. they sent an email saying "We're sorry to tell you that your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community." its been a few days since this happen since i owe them 500$ in fees total for both accounts i figured i could move on and start over, i opened an account today, of course i deleted my cookies and changed the ip and stuff, then an hour later i get the same exact email from the previous accounts, how did they get me and what should i do???:confused:

Define 'stuff.' Did you make a completely new ID or use some old information.
If you had the two old accounts working fine and ebay had been paid
some fees (haha), they will let you have the two accounts. BUT once
any account has problems, then the chance is high of all accounts
going down.

Here's what you should do now:

For the time being you will have limited access to your account. Please use this time to conclude any outstanding transactions in a manner that results in the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. You should also ensure that any open "Item Not Received" or "Item Not as Described" disputes are resolved during this time.

To view all disputes open against you, sign in to My eBay and click "Dispute Console". You can respond to the buyer in the Dispute Console, or send them an email from the item page.

Here's a few tips for ensuring buyer satisfaction and good Detailed Seller Ratings:

- Indicate postage costs and time frames clearly and package the item well to ensure it's delivered safely.
- Contact your buyer as soon as possible if any problems arise at your end, such as a delay in posting their item.
- If a buyer contacts you with a concern, you should respond promptly and personally. Most problems can be quickly resolved with a friendly conversation. Phone the buyer directly or send them an email asking them to phone you.

What happens next?

We'll review your account again after 30 days. If buyer satisfaction with your account has improved significantly the restrictions will be automatically relaxed or lifted.

If your account standing has not improved (i.e. you haven't resolved disputes, and completed any open transactions), your account will be indefinitely suspended.

Please be advised that this account restriction does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees that you may owe to eBay. You may not close your account while it is restricted.

I’m Platinum PowerSeller with some 2500 feedback. During the last 12 months I have received some 700 positives, three neutrals and two negatives. The two negatives were received last week during a period of decreased sales, when positive feedback for the last 30 days was down to less than 40. My customer satisfaction during the last 30 days was therefore down to 94.74%, last 3 months 99.05%, last 12 months 99.26% Average DSR 4.7-4.8% One of the negatives came from a deadbeat bidder who answered he would pay but since he remained silent for the next two weeks he was blocked and strike was given. Two days after the strike he decided to pay and directly responded with an INR dispute before even the payment cleared! This buyer was immediately reported to eBay but they just didn’t care.
The other negative came from a user who purchased wrong item and expressed his dissatisfaction directly through feedback, never letting me know that he was not happy with the product. Since he became a NAIRU over a week ago, I am now down to one negative (0 neutrals) during the last 30 days.
But before this happened I reported one seller to Thrust and Safety for copying my listings. A few days later I received a reply that they would take care of the problem. Since I’ve been inquiring to get an account manager for a long time with no luck, I took the occasion and replied to this email expressing my dissatisfaction with the fact that I never got any answer to any of my emails regarding the account manager issue. The next morning after sending this email my account was restricted for selling and buying for 30 days (MC063 SNPD NOTICE).

Could it be just a coincidence that this restriction occurred just hours after my email to Trust and Safety Department complaining about the lack of account manager or should I assume that it is due to low 94.7% customer satisfaction/one INR dispute?? Wasn’t the 5% customer dissatisfaction always counted upon the last 3 months? And if not when was the "last 30 days" period imposed?
Any ideas on how to solve an INR dispute when I don’t get any answer from buyer who filed it? (tracking info added, item delivered). What are the chances to get my account reinstated once my last 30-days negative fades away? And what is the probability that my account will just get suspended for longer time or forever?

Would eBay ever restrict an account for any other reason than the one expressed in notification email?

HI: They want you to be at 98%-although they say 95.. Also they want a PS dsrs to be at 4.8.
Its just routine.. Get your dsrs up/pos fb up--you need to do alot of emailing and Nice Talkin to your customers to get them to leave you pos fb,, esp 5/5 scores..

BTW--dont OPEN A NEW ACCT--before u read aspkins ebook/stealth-- OR--your problems will TRIPLE!!! :)

ebayhateluv: Do they expect me to be at 98% accounted for last 30 or 90-days? Hard to get those scores up in the middle of dead season.

What do I do about INR dispute (initiated as revenge for UI strike) while buyer just ignores me. Will my willingness to refund/replace expressed through communication panel do? Or are there other smarter ways?

Modee: My restriction seem similar to yours, although different MC-code, however it seems like you are still able to buy as opposed to me. Did you even receive any answer (other than generic) from T&S yet? Didn’t yet bother to email them.
