Question regarding PayPal limited.

I recently purchased a seller account and verified PayPal from a boardie. I DO NOT sell VERO items, I was selling 16 Hot Wheels to start the account and they went for more than I expected and quite frankly than they should have.

I got hit with PayPal limited and was able to go through 2 of the 4 so far. One that I will not be able to get through is the SSN. I can "Figure Out" the utility bill to verify address, but even when I do that, is the SSN going to kill me? I just hate to have wasted money and time on this account without giving it a shot. I know there have been ways around it in past, just curious if there still is. Thanks and PM is fine!

Anyone have any suggestions on this? I also need someone that is good at ps to cover the utility bill I need to send. Any help would be appreciate.

Just create a new account..... forget it... the money will be held half a year..
