Well Entropay is now asking for id and utility bills etc.

Is there any competition to entropay?

I want it quick; and paypal friendly..

I'm sure they're not obligated to share it with anyone?

Entropay is always made with your real info. You use your own credit or debit card to fund the entropay card. From time to time entropay might put a stop on the card and ask for details. Usually an email resolves the matter.

no it cant track back in terms of basic data protection, but if you do something criminal and it is pursued, then everything can be traced
