In the same way that stealth teaches. Computer won't matter, but ip adress, flash, cookies, etc...

Shill bidding usually isn't worth the time, or the risk. IMO

ebay has software to detect it/ It's not allowed by ebay. So there's going to be no talk to enable any user to shill bid.
