Default Has Anyone Been Able to Contact Paymate?

I've been with them for about two weeks or so, and am already suspended. On my first payment I was due to receive, my account is suspended because I didn't have the required 10 seller feedbacks, even though I had 12 seller feedbacks. And now that I realize there mistake, I'm trying to call them to try and rectify the situation, and I can't get through. I've left about 15 emails, and call them all day on Australian time, and always get a voice recording. I just want to know if anyone has gotten through, or should I cut my losses and just wait a month and a half for my money and go with Moneybookers?

cardfelon has great success with them What contact numbers are you trying? They really tend to not answer their phone. Have you their fax number?

I am using their US #: 1-866-376-7028. I almost got through, but at the last minute it went to voicemail. I can't use the fax # because I don't have the access, and I can't use the international # because I don't have a calling card.

When i first sign up with paymate they suspended my account also. It's not just 10 sellers feedback paymate want you to have they do not want to see feedback with items that sold with low prices. I had to sell 10 more items for about $10 each before they remove my suspension. Try calling after 10:00 am Eastern time i get someone every time.

I have never had any problems contacting them, either by phone, or email. Maybe it is because I pump some serious cash through them. roughly $4200 a week.
I usually talk to Craig. Also at first my payments were taking 5 days to hit my bank account, recently it has only been 2 days. I love Paymate there support and serviveis sweet. I am glad I am done with Paypal, except for using them for buying personal stuff. My website's sales are also setup to use Paymate for payment processing.
It is so nice not having to deal with the headaches that Paypal gave me. I don't have to stay under the radar, or watch out for to many payments that happen to quick as you would wth paypal ...

They just create a token like Auctiva does when you set up your Auctiva account. Then after it is set up you have to go into your Ebay accountant edit your payment preferences by adding Paymate which is simple to do.

Hey massivesystem, have you had any problem receiving your payments from Paymate recently? I've been waiting almost three weeks for my payments.
