What should a 100% legit, NON-stealth ebay and PP account be used for?

Actually I use mine the same as my stealth accounts. Buying,selling, getting ripped off by ebay/paypal/buyers/competitors.

imo, bottom line is accounts are basically the same. Some just have special names, ie stealth

Sending money to your dad on Fathers' Day.

I pay for ALL my items using my legit paypal account. If there ever is a problem I can always open a charge back via credit card.

Same here. I use my legit Ebay account to buy the things i want. I don't sell on it

That is a Hell of a Question.

I wonder if Ebay truly Understands the Meaning of that Question, The Damage that THEY, (Not Scam Artists) have done to their own site.

Such Irrepairable Damage that it prompts People to ask that question----WOW
