Default Flagged by Vero

Hello everyone,
I have put on sale vero item on 3 different accounts, one by one. And all of those item go flagged. On one account they say it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗, on other 2 the reason was that I copyrighted text or image. It was funny, because all I wrote is that item is brand new in the box, my shipping policy, return policy, and what it comes with. Of course, all in my words. I also included the info about my item that eBay had on it and eBay picture. I wrote to the Vero member an still waiting for response.
I am just curious, If I use info that eBay gives me, does that counts as "copyrighted text or image"? Kind of dumb question, but I really have no clues why else they would mention this reason. Anyone have any suggestions, of what might I did wrong? Thanks a lot!

What photos did you use? Sometimes if you use the stock photo that Ebay provides it can still get your listing removed.

LOL, well that's what I used, I thought if eBay provides me with a photo, then I shouldn't have any problems...

Just take the photo by yourself, and make the blackclour much different than other on ebay, this way will sure reduce the possiblity of be removed.

I thought the whole purpose of using the photos in the eBay "catalog" was to avoid this issue - am I mistaken?

I don't think black and white color will attract too many buyers :D I usually take all the photos from google.

If you are taking photos from Google for your products that is where you are having a problem. Ebay asks for your own photos of each item that you sell. Here is the link to the policy. You should read it.
Images and text policy

Yes,if the photo you listing come with your own style too much, and then ebay will not remove you too much easiler,as ebay not only take care the product owner copy right, but also the photo and list text copy right.

Yeah eBay wants us to use our own pictures, but for some reason providing us with pictures to use, and then it gets taken down by VeRo, where is the logic? I know it's better to use my own pictures, but 95% popular items on eBay sell with pictures from google...

Here is the quote from Ebay Overview. "You can use images and text descriptions from the eBay product catalog in your listings without violating this policy." But I still got flagged. LOL

I had that happen once when I added my own words to the description and got removed because of the way it was listed then I relisted without my own words just ebay's stock photo and description, hasn't been removed ever since then.

Does saying " This item brand new, never used in the box" counts as adding your words to the description? LOL. Yeah it's f***ed up :D

I don't agree.
That's only because people do not take good photos.
If you learn to take good product photos and use proper lighting and camera equipment, your own photos will make better sales than anyone else's.
That's because buyers can see the actual product they are buying and they have the assurance that they know what they are buying.
I always take my own photos and in my listing, I state that all photos are of the actual product and taken by myself.

Just ask yourself, when you are buying something, would you prefer to see a photo of the actual item you are buying or see a photo from Google?

Do you use a professional camera? (I am using only a cheap $300 camera :D).
Do you have any specific site to teach how to make a good pix?
I learned the basis from Ebay: a plain background, 2 white light on the left and right side :D

Correctly used your $300 camera can be effective.

Dot forget you are 'selling' goods. Not offering an album of stunning photos
