 Need your advice on this matter
Hi all,
This is another of my my account opened in 2006 with real name information. I just want to use this account again and last week I emailed them asking why the account was suspended and here is the answer.
Please give me some advice how to reply to this email.
Back to that time I don't know what stealth is and I'm sure it link to others account because IP, Address.........
Can I just tell them that I have like 4-5 roommates at that time and really don't know what those guy doing?

account has been suspended.

Taking a look at your account, it appears that the account was suspended
several times back in 2009, due to the account being linked to two other
eBay accounts that were suspended. Those other accounts being the user
id of "xxxxxxx" and "yyyyyy." Both of these accounts were
suspended for nonpayment of eBay seller fees.
When we suspended the original account, we sent an email letting you
know not to create a new account or use another member's account.
However, we know you may not be aware of our policies, and we want to
work with you to avoid any misunderstandings. As we do have numerous
policies on our site, one of our most adhered to policies is our Linked
User Policy which outlines the following information:
When an eBay member is suspended or restricted for any reason, they are
prohibited from using eBay until the restriction or suspension is
resolved. We may also suspend new or existing accounts that were opened
by anyone in the same household as, or associated with, a suspended
user.
Additional review of the two accounts indicate the outstanding balances
were paid and the accounts were reinstated. This allowed the account to
be no longer suspended relating to these two accounts. However, the
account also indicates that this account is linked to the eBay User id
"rrr456789" which is suspended. This account is eligible for a
review for reinstatement once all the account concerns on the
"rrr456789" account have been resolved and the account has been
reinstated.
In the event you are not the owner of the "rrr456789" account, I
would recommend checking with any roommates, family members, friends,
close neighbors or co-workers to see if they have a eBay account. The
quicker we can get the "rrr456789" account reinstated, we can get
your account back up and running again.
