i would say the address you use and phone number needs to be in the same city as you plan on using and that could be anywhere in the country , also maybe your i.p or close, you do not have to say goodbye to returns if you get a forwarding address or virtual address .
i would try and find the address fist in a local major city, then a VOIP local area no for that city. you could then go and change your address at the bank if you wanted.
