I signed up for 2CO and thought all was well and when a buyer went to pay for item he got a parameter error. I had no clue what this was so I just called them up and they told me that I couldn't use this service for ebay....that I needed to have my own webiste???

"Sale from any Website Other than Registered Website:
Presenting any sales information to 2CO for processing from a website other than the website registered on the Supplier's Account. Additional Accounts should be purchased for each website."
Seems like you do need a registered website - you need to refer your customer there I am guessing to bypass.
