???? does this actually work? i thought SSN verification was to confirm identity and ensure that they can report you to credit bureaus and such if you leave negative balance. Have you actually pulled this off?
This can work - all depends on the attitude of the Paypal employee reviewing. Also worth calling in once you have faxed in your info and chat with CSR. Little bit of jaw time helps.
