Paypal not deposited small suns yet???

ok made my 1st stealth acc. went thru all the set up with paypal & ebay. got to the page re direct debit setup (the 3 steps). 1st step says paypal will depsosit 2 small amounts into bank acc but it still says deposites not yet sent & its been almost week now. didn't have any monies in acc until this aft so don't know if that would cause delays. any ideas?

i had one take 8 days excluding weekend with lloyds about 3 weeks ago

i also sent two small deposits to the same bank as you about 10 days ago, still nothing only a paypal email reminder
