I c what your sayin now. I never had to schedule a call back however I did have to call them to verify identity a few days ago (on a stealth). I am assuming it should be along the same line of questioning, maybe someone with more experience will chime in here. I can only tell you what I went through
Don't be nervous - what u got to lose? nothing, its a new account anyway
They just asked verification questions
Name on the account
Phone number on the account
address on the account
Then i got 3 multiple choice questions (they say they pulled this from a national database lol)
1st one was about current area code (answered none of the above)
2nd one was about previous street addresses ( answered non of the above)
3rd was about previous zip codes (again answered none of the above)
That is all I got from them, it was like a 5 min call, The T&S monkey didn't have a clue. There are some great threads on the forum with all the info you will need, search around (I tried but kinda pressed for time right now)
