| No I dont agree. It's not that sort of limitation. Heavens I've been reading enough posts here & on ebay forums to think that.
ebay are (simply) not allowing you to risk their having to refund based on monetary values. Your account got flagged. Everything looks kosher to you. Regardless the account is flagged & therefore the ability to list is curtailed.
This is likely an account to rest for listing. Possibily buy a little, get buyer FB. It's one of those things. Have you other accounts to use? |
