Where should I get my Stealth banking accounts?

What online banking accounts are good for ebay & paypal?
I heard that you can't use ING for a stealth paypal account because ING will reject the verification deposits so what am I going to do. I don't want to open many accounts with my bank because it will surely raise a red flag.

Please give me some offline & online banking account companies I can try. I believe in diversifing/spreading out your accounts here and there so that banks won't think you are high risk!!!

You've half heard the ING story. And sadly you've got the wrong part. ING can give problems with names if they differ. A suggested solution is to do a variation of your own name as a nickname for your paypal/ebay account.

I've used ING in a number of countries and never had a problem. Perhaps that is an old myth.
