Limited - Please Help
 

Ok I have been limited by Paypal because I have reached the selling limit of £1700 on my account.

They wanted to confirm two deposits on my credit card which was done, and also to confirm my phone number matches my location. I tried to confirm the second part but it actually then prompts me for my credit card again.

Phoned up Paypal they said that the reason why its asking for my card again is because it doesn't like my card(entropay), now the guy put a new requirement on my account asking for a utility bill and the limitation will be removed.

Do you think the card failed because PP don't like entropay, or perhaps that the name on my entropay card is my real name, and my stealth is a variation? IE John Smith on Entropay Johnathon Smith on PP.

no they dont like entropay as it is unsupported.

I doubt they will drop the phone call though, and if it fails letter will go to address. make sure number is as accurate as possible.

Ok well the phone number is easy enough i have a soho66 routed to my mobile. So do i give a stealth bill then?!

voip isnt ideal, they often are not accurate

How do I alter a document in Paint then?, not much success so far.

it CAN work, but it is a location verification so it must be accurate, voip numbers are often code accurate but rest of numbers would only exist in voip-land not in real world. real location numbers are much more expensive thats why voip is cheap. Perfect for eb but pp is different.

we are speculating, it will be fine as long as you double check number.
