How to track products' monthly sales on AMAZON

For example, is there any way to know how many PlayStation 3 sold on amazon.com in Dec 2010?

or it is inside secret. OR You will never know.

Is there any way to get certain products sales' statistics.in general.?

The only thing you can look at is the 100 hottest items in each category and that is updated hourly. Each item though has a sales rank for that specific category so it isn't too hard to figure out if a particular product is hot or not. There is no other information available that I have ever found.

Amazon never releases their sales numbers, they consider that proprietary. The closest you can get is the sales ranking.
