Default Question on buying eBay accounts

Let me start by saying I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I was thinking about spending a couple $100 on some sellers accounts to have a few back ups running. My question is how do you get around the IP adress being say in Wisconsin but the account you buy has an adress in Florida? I'm sure this is a pretty simple fix but couldn't figure it out

When you order the accounts, I believe that the person who is setting them up for you is able to set them up in what ever city/state you like.

So when ordering, specify the location you want the accounts to be in.

Speak to the potential seller to discuss what will work out best for you.
Find out all info you should know to make a transaction.
Take the responsibility to make sure it will work for you.

We have had some buyers come back and complain that they thought they could buy an account & sell high risk items at once.

Know the seller's deal and ensure it matches your game plan

I cluelessly did that once, and basically threw $60 down the drain.

Make sure you act like a noob once you get the account, spend a week searching for random things, bid/buy some cheap stuff, ask other seller questions, send some offers etc before start selling.
