Default warning after 1 sale

Sold a $%^& item and tried to list a second. A warning came up saying asking if the item was real and that if i went ahead with the listing the auction would be passed on to whomever regarding authentacy.

It didnt even mention anything about 30 days. Does this mean i am done selling this now? Or you guys have any advice for me?

You're not done - you're just selling something that is obviously high risk to be a copied item. Go slow and be careful - you could be insta-killed at any time.

Yeah, it seems what you are selling is very high risk.

dont worry if all goes well your limits will go up slightly, eg as feedback goes past say 20 and each good feedback you get for that type of item counts towards their appraisals...

I have just tried to list the item on another account. This account has just over 20 feedbacks. I get the same message as before. I will paste it below this so you can see what it says exactly. Do you think i should go ahead and list it anyway?

.
Are you attempting to list a counterfeit or non-authentic item? Are you aware the listing of such items is not allowed on eBay?

If you continue, your listing will be flagged and promptly reviewed. If your listing appears to offer a counterfeit or non-authentic item, it will be ended and your eBay account could be suspended. We may also refer your listing to the relevant company or law enforcement for review.

If the item is authentic, we encourage you to provide more information in your listing. If it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity or has a serial number please state this in your listing.

We appreciate your help making eBay an even safer place to trade.

Click here for a window with eBay's policy on counterfeit items.

Click here for a window with About Me pages created by trademark owners.
Warning: Do not click the submit button, unless you know the item is authentic.

Please. It's a PHAKE. Dont sell them simples.

Look, you know it's a phake.
I know it's a phake
The forum knows too
ebay suspect.
If you go on attempting to list your account(s) are tagged and may die.
You should be concentrating on what to sell safely and not ask how to list a phake

GreenBean tells the truth.

@Arshavin, you seem to be focusing on HOW you can sell your item - that is not the point of the forum. The forum gives you a better understanding of operating with pa yp al and eb ay - what you choose to do is your business and, while I wish you all the best, your solution will come with your experience.

Now if you to wish to share your experiences, the forum welcomes it and no doubt, contributions are important to increase understanding.

All the best.
