| Melissa1971 | 02-28-2011 08:55 PM | Using Sellers Acct to open a claim against another Seller, will it hurt? Just wondered if a Seller who uses their selling account to buy an item then escalates it to a claim, will the claim show up in THEIR Customer Metrics?
I have a Seller who is demanding I pay return shipping but we've decided not to, just because she is lying and calling names. She may esclate it to a claim which means Paypal will force her to return it at her cost, but if I let her know it will affect her Sellers account :pop2: she may decide not to go that route. It wouldn't make sense really except the satisfaction gained from being vindictive
My DSRs I will be fine and with over 125 Seller positives (2 neutrals last July) the neg won't count in the numbers. It should stay at 100% positive. But the alloted Claims percentage may count against the the account, who knows...it's a 5 yr account with no negs or claims, ever
Thanks for any advice |
