This was the second time they removed my listing, but I have not received any ebay message for it either. Everything was good, people bid on the items, paid for them, I printed out the shipping label and such, but after a while both transactions disappeared from my "SOLD" catergory. Same thing happened to me when I bought a printer on ebay as well... I received the printer and everything with no problems. I don't know what's up with that. I am also aware of the suspension issue, but I have never received any removal notice neither as a buyer nor as a seller. I got 100% positive feedback on this stealth account with no prior open disputes.

Just an update on the buyer... He just told me this morning that it was my fault. He keeps ignoring the "confirmed address" part. He sends me one liners. :mad2:

Alright everyone... I have won my first case with paypal as a seller. It was only 10 bucks, but at least, the buyer couldn't get away with lying and doing this to other sellers. :)

I always send stuff with signature required, costs 3 bucks more but packages make it to the buyer safely.

Someone else mentioned this to me when I had a dispute, due to address issues. My logic was I sold 2000+ packages a year @ $3 = $6000 Not worth the extra money considering the amount of shipments that don't have issues
