That all depends on you - if you want to keep the account going, if you care about the customer.

Personally, I handle every dispute like it's of value...

These kind of posts really sound shady...if you have a bank account attached, they will go after the funds withdrawn otherwise - goes to collections...

If it's a stealth account, going to collections = you figure out the rest ha.

Yea as long as they go looking for the guy who has it registered to their name, but i think if you withdraw the money to some bank accnt then it could be traced to you or to that bank accnt.

1. The money will be taken from the bank account.
2. Stealth is to get us back into eB after a wrongful suspension, it is not to screw them over.
3. I suggest you try to solve the dispute as it IS your account.

Because I can tell you right now that you are just running away and the same thing is going to happen again if you don't learn from this.

Be the good person and not the other way around. It'll pay off in the long run.

I don't know what the dispute is all about and what item it is, however an expensive item like that, you have to know how to describe it clearly and pack it well to prevent problems. People don't just buy $800 - $1500 .

It's usually the wealthier and the ones who really want the item. So you think about it... what did you do to cause this ? Then fix it.

If it's a SNAD, call the buyer up and work things out with him. WOrse comes to worst, take the item back and refund the money. Look at the item and if it's still in its original condition, re-sell it if it's TRULY a sellable item. Learn from the dispute.

If you shipped without tracking and the item is lost... sorry, but that's noone's fault but yours.

So DO NOT think of stealth accounts as means to just run away. It's not what Aspkin made it for and it's definitely not tolerated here.

It was just a question, i did not defraud anyone.
It's not necessary that only a wealthier person would bid on a pricey item.
2 months ago i sold a pair of hunting binoculars, i had tracking on it and everything.
The buyer received it, left a positive feedback and a week later filed a dispute of the item being not as described. Paypal veiwed all the things after the escalation and asked the buyer to return the product and the amount will be credited to them. Even though i should've won the dispute, i just didnt, apparently for no solid reason(The item was not only perfectly described but had detailed pictures along). Refunded the money, received a pair of low quality wine glasses and here i am asking the question. Ahh yes i sure did learn something.
