Advice, What to do with late complaint
 

Need some advice on this one.
Sold an item back on December 4th. Product supposedly couldn't be activated. An Ebay or paypal case was NEVER initiated against me. I purchased and re-sent activiation codes to this person. many weeks later they claim those codes don't work either.

Now here I am 4 months later, no claims on this order, do I just ignore this person and move on? Not sure I even trust them.

Advice?

I would check with whatever company/corp you purchased the codes from and see what they say. Maybe they can clear it up. Then go from there

Check why this happened? Item quality poor or buyer stupid? Fine line but enough to damage a seller's account.

But 1st of all, communicate with buyer that you want to work to resolution.

Buyers can & do persuade paypal to allow claims to be filed outside of supposed time frames. Cover yourself there.

I dont recommend 'ignoring'. I'm sure you know the story of Peter & The Wolf? That buyer you choose to ignore is the danger.

Think of that, then a plan should evolve. :juggle:
