| stepia | 03-30-2011 08:57 PM | So I called eBay to ask to lift my monthly selling limit The rep asked how old my seller account was. I said 1 week. Then he said that I'd have to wait 90 days before requesting a limit increase. Then I asked if they could at least increase a quantity of items I can sell leaving the dollar value limit as it was. He then asked what I'm selling and if I already sold anything on eBay. I sell in a high-risk category and my account had 0 feedback. Once I told him that, he said he can't lift any of my selling limits.
How do some people call in and have their limits raised? Do you call when you already have some feedback? How old was your account when you called? |
