what if old ip address is assigned again to my new eb acct

quick question
I was reading thru ES book about Ip change with mac address changing.
ES advise to check ip address every day before log in to eb
so it got me wonder, what if old ip address that linked to my suspended acct is assigned again as new Ip address
Do I need to generate new ip for my new acct(now its ip change back to old suspended IP address) by changing mac address?

Each new account must have new ip. If you use old linked ip then it is risky.

Maybe make a word doc or excel spreadsheet and log your ip addys on there. Each time you logon, check against the list.

Once you do it a few times, you will get fast at it and it will take no time at all to log and check your ip addy.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough
I know to keep the record of the ip log from es book
My question is after I change ip and maintain the ip log ,
what if the ip is changed back to old ip i got suspended, then what do i do?
change mac address again for new ip?
