Dial-up VS 2G cellphone

Just wondering if there is a difference in setting up stealth accounts through Dial-up VS 2G cellphone?

Is one better use then other? besides the obvious, screen, keyboard, or mouse... Speed seems the same, IP changes on both.. :suspicious:

Would not 2G cell phone still incur some kind of per minute billing?

I don't know to much about 2G phones, I should since they are older, but I think 3G phones would be better for creating stealth accounts.
