New relaodable visa card From Canada!!!!!

Going to check for this card today after errands.

well...the verdict is in. Paypal sent the deposits.....but titanium visa rejected them. I called and confirmed this with them. Crap. Ah well used my back up bank account. So there it is folks....
That was almost a homerun. Will check something else though. The bank called Peoples Trust has a reloadable MC with the same type of reloading capability. Check out their website. If some delves into it let me know.

But on the business side, which deposits? the 2 confirming deposits? Sonba mentioned that a minimum of $10 has to be deposited.

Unfortunitly no. This doesn't worked for me.

I'm not sure if PP canada accepts that you transfer funds to a non verified bank account. But if they do, then this card is still useful.

As topadog said, you can verify PP with a US VBA, then add the card as a second bank account (Without verigying it), and use if for transfers. This will work if Paypal accept that the 2nd bank account remains unverified

Seems like - from what I understand - this card would not be good to keep an account verified BUT would be good for a 180 day withdrawal option when the account is limited.

Still a decent wait not to waste an account on a limited pa yp al that has no bank account.

Paypal sent the verification deposits...no problem....it was the company (vanilla) who is the owner of the money mart re-loadable visa who chooses NOT to accept the transfers FROM paypal TO the card. Would be nice to find one that does.
