Can you register and maintain a website with address taht contain ebay in it.. Like www.somethingebay.com or blahblahebay.com?

For example, this website.. www/ebaysuspension/com with aspkin creating forums there instead of here?

And if you can, will they try to stop you? In other words can you get in trouble if you do?

I want to provide software related to eBay and preventing accounts from being suspended by eBay.

Yes you can, they may want to shut you down but the only way they can do it is by buying your website so as long as you don't let them buy you...

Can they sue me?

Let's take this website and aspkin for example..

If he has created www/ebaysuspensionforums/com, would eBay sue him?

They sure can sue you. Google have already threatened legal action on several people with "google" in the domain name. Ebay is a trademark of that company, and the name belongs to them.

If ebay didn't like what you were doing, they would have grounds to sue you. Just look on DP for some related threat regarding google.

I have a few domains with good 'ebay suspension' keywords in them that forward to this site. But I have noticed ebay has a few of those domains as well or someone else, that forwards to eBay?

So, I'm thinking, get somethingebay/com, do what I want, then if **** hits the fan, get a new domain.

If they could sue for that, wouldn't paypalsucks have gone down a long time ago?

Sounds silly to me, there is no such thing as a software that can prevent your account from being suspended.
