Withdraw from PP US ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stealth

If I have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stealth US PP and want to withdraw, what is the best way to do that if I'm not in the US and can't open a US bank account easily?

I've read loads of posts about withdrawals but all seem to only apply to US citizens?

Maybe transfer to other pp account in Your country (Norway, right?) and then to bank account.

How You loggin in Your e ba and pp account without suspended? You'r in Norway and accoutn are in USA?

Yea, guess I could open a stealth Norwegian account and transfer to it.

How I log in? proxy?

I verified the address with a AVS VCC but then the next step PP asked to make an automated phone call to verify the address? WTF?
