I bought a VCC from a trusted seller on here, will I ever be asked for EXPUSE?

Hello, can i add something.

You can start selling with just a bank account attached.

I normally never add a card at all as I don't need to nor do I want to waste money.

Of course you need to make sure you have the right amount of money in your paypal account to cover your fees but otherwise i don't normally bother.

I have opened PP with VCC, then opened ebay account and starting selling on eBay, some payments have a 21day hold others I can remove payment straight away. Just use payment to pay suppliers with my stealth. Its a hit or miss with 21day payment hold, or it something I'm doing different.

i have added a vcc to my paypal,no money has been taken out or no sign of any 4 digit code shown on my statement.
has my vcc been accepted?

What is the time frame here?

Depending on the vcc, can take more than 24 hours.

What's the limits if you only add a bank account and not a VCC?

Just sorting my first account now but wondering if i can get away without having a vcc

All limits will be lifted apart from the receiving limit.

The VCC makes no difference to what Paypal limits are in place.

The VCC strengthens the account as it confirms the address.

Adding a VCC is very easy and makes an account stronger.

VCC's are a dime a dozene so really no reason to not add one.

PS: I know it's a very old post but question is still there without any changes and solutions

For UK this will not get your PayPal account verified and its regardless if you use VCC, prepaid CC and/ or actual/genuine card. In fact you will not be able to get even your card verified until you add a bank account.

Once you will add a bank account and verify it then when you will click on "Complete Verification" PayPal will send you EXPUSE code to verify your card.

This is my experience for past 7 years and for over 60 accounts but still don't lose hope may be someone else might have cracked it...

I have read the stealth guide but still a little confused when adding a bank account and a vcc are you saying paypal only check the address of the vcc. As by me opening another bank account will still be at my original address.

Banks do not share the address of the bank account with PayPal, nor the name on the account. This means you can have 3 or 4 bank accounts all at the same address (your real address) and be able to use all of them

PayPal will run the address you enter for your card though the AVS, which will in turn tell PP that the stealth address input does not match the address on your real plastic card. Use entropay and you bypass that issue :thumb:
