Not a good idea to use mates addresses or bank accounts

Sandy D 02-20-2013 02:45 PM

Sorting things out late last night I have 110 folders on my wall.

The folders have the user name and passwords of the eb and pp account on the tab.

ALL other info on each account is on the front of them.

Paper inside keeps every single IP that account has used.

Excel spreadsheet keeps track of all ips ever used.

The 110 folders represent the current rotation of accounts I am selling on in February.

I have 400 accounts of my own. Had 500 but since I started selling accounts I have sold off some aged accounts.

You have to be very organized and picky.

Guys what is a good way to ask to get multiple accounts with the same bank?
i currently have only 1 per bank but would like to get more.

GhostWhoWalks 02-20-2013 04:03 PM

I heard you can open up one account, and open more accounts under those really. But it really depends on what bank. And if they let you do it. I know that some banks have a program or something out now days that they know if you open up too many accounts at the same time it's not good! Someone on the forums explained to a bank manager that they needed more accounts for private reasons and so on. They understood them and let them do it.

You can have more - just sparse it out

Im with rbs and have 5 accounts, 1 current 4 savings, and 3 accounts with co op

Batman 02-20-2013 07:27 PM

could you tell me how did you open more than one with each?

SimpleX 02-20-2013 11:04 PM

Simply ask for another account to separate bills and expenses, or tell them you have an extra income you wish to keep separate.

Most banks allow you to do this online, so you could even avoid the face to face scenario all together.

But you can at the same bank - open up a current today - wait three-four weeks, open up another + saver...and so on. Can be done

What's sparse it out?

:spy:

Do you mean spread out the bank accounts? Makes better sense.

Taj,

Look at the list here

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/lock-bo...-end-list.html

From forum postings, you have likely noticed that some banks in the UK are favoured more than others.

You could then decide to pick RBS, Natwest to start with. Now you check their sites, but both of those banks allow you to make online accounts AFTER the 1st account is approved. You pick making basic accounts rather than current. That way the bank is not running credit checks & you are not flagging your accounts at any one bank.
You would not rush into doing this at all.
