Default Confirmed Method to lift Limitation for ID

Confirmed Method to lift Limitation for ID

over the past week several of my personal paypal accts, mostly new were limited after receiving $$$ or adding money. I get an email each time: We think we can work together on this and resolve it as quickly as possible. We have limited your account until we can verify who you are. You can do this by logging onto your account and follow the steps to send us the requested documents.

Maybe this needs to go into the Subscribed area....

They request - ID fax or upload.
- Confirm bank.

Step #1 - You can click - alternatives. Confirm location. instead of ID.

For Confirm location: You Must have an AVS VCC. (address Verification system) Give me the name, address, phone on your limited acct.

I will reg. that infos on your PP AVS VCC

Step #2 - one you enter this AVS VCC - your location will be confirmed but then they will want to call you.

The problem is that paypals system is smart to pre-paid and cellphones. I tried using a tracfone and it knew.

I was able to use a vcc to open and activate a virtual phone service on trial for 30 days - this gave me a local phone number where i needed it.. MOST of all... Paypal saw the number as a LANDLINE!

I was able to verify a paypal pin by phone with this service i used a vcc on - it was then forward to a tracfone (any phone will wok)

Result - Paypal shows all documents submitted to confirm location and identity. With paypal it's always touch n go. This has fully worked for me but there is no guarantees w paypal.

PM me for infos on AVS VCC for Confirm location & Vcc for virtual phone number that paypal see's as a landline!

Just a quick comment. I have always used a cell phone for ebay and paypal. they call me occasionally and nothing has been said or of any issue. I even told them one time I was on the top of a ladder working on a roof and to call me back. ( I actually was) They just acted like "sorry to bother you, we will try to call again some other time" never called back.

I think maybe you do not get that this is not paypal/ ebay randomly calling you!

this is to confirm ID and location on a limited acct. - This bypasses Docs.

after entering an AVS vcc to confirm location they will require a phone pin verification.
They will not take a prepaid or cell number for the pin verification.

What your talking about is totally something diff do not not get that? {Limitations} - not random calling!!!

Must be a high amount of $ receiving or adding in a short period of time? Maybe?
This one must be new. Never heard of this before

Prob best to either make this a sticky or to move this to subforum rather than leave out in open.

I wish they would just imply a rule to verify everything beforehand instead of dealing with unexpected sudden limitations. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I would hate to work there since I wouldn't want to deal with an overwhelming amount of customers screaming at me every call.

I mean, just look at their Facebook wall and you'll see how crazy it is.

If it's History then great! Im just trying to help fellow members, paypal can be terrible depending on what country your from lol.

As soon as you have any $ in your paypal they are quick to limit for Id verification. This way is sure a hell of allot cheaper then trying to get creative w docs. And can be done rather quickly. Get it done, and then it goes into review. if it's more then a day then just call them and say everything is submitted please lift the limitation.
